Vanishing Productions provides event rentals, delivery, setup, pickup, and select event-production services in Utah. Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@vanishingpro.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including:

• Event details such as date, event type, guest count, requested rental categories, quantities, and planning notes.
• Newsletter details such as your name, email address, consent, and subscription preferences.
• Messages and follow-up information you send while planning or servicing an event.

Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, request timestamps, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the site.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review inquiries and prepare rental recommendations or quotes.
• Contact you about availability, planning, delivery, and service.
• Send newsletter content when you have affirmatively requested it.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.

Newsletter choices

We send promotional email only when you opt in. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or by emailing admin@vanishingpro.com. Transactional messages about an active quote or event may still be sent when needed to provide the service you requested.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The site uses essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice. If you allow analytics and an analytics measurement ID is configured, Google Analytics may collect aggregated information about page views, interactions, device type, and general usage. Analytics does not load from this site until you grant permission. You can reopen cookie settings from the website footer and change your choice.

Spam and security checks

We may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to provide that security check under its own privacy terms.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, deliver messages, maintain lead records, manage newsletters, measure consented analytics, prevent abuse, or provide requested event services. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.

Quote requests are sent through our website server to Google Apps Script, stored in a private Google Sheet used as our lead pipeline, and emailed to our administrative inbox. Newsletter requests are sent separately to Mailchimp with pending status so that Mailchimp can send a confirmation email and complete double opt-in. We do not add quote leads to the newsletter unless they separately use the newsletter form and consent.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to minimal suppression records.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, or withdraw newsletter consent, by contacting admin@vanishingpro.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain records where permitted or required by law.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for people planning or purchasing event services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
